Terms & Conditions

1. Services

MKM Sanitary Services provides sanitary bin, sensor bin, and nappy bin supply and servicing to businesses within the Geelong region.

Services are provided on an ongoing, rolling basis at an agreed frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).

2. Commencement of Service

Service commences once pricing and service details have been agreed, whether verbally, by email, or via acceptance of a quote. No formal contract is required.

3. Access & Missed Services

Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to premises at scheduled service times. If access is unavailable, the service may still be chargeable.

4. Ownership of Equipment

All bins and related equipment supplied by MKM Sanitary Services remain the property of MKM at all times and must not be removed, relocated, or disposed of without permission.

5. Damage or Loss

Clients are responsible for the reasonable care of all equipment while on their premises. Damage, loss, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.

6. Acceptable Use

Bins must only be used for their intended purpose. Disposal of inappropriate or hazardous materials is not permitted.

7. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on agreed services, servicing frequency, and number of bins. Invoices are issued after service unless otherwise agreed.

8. Late Payment

If payment is overdue, MKM Sanitary Services may continue to provide service while following up outstanding invoices. Ongoing non-payment may result in service review or suspension.

9. Changes & Cancellation

Clients may request changes to service frequency at any time with reasonable notice. Either party may cancel services by providing at least 7 days’ notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

MKM Sanitary Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will apply.
